Lynn- Sometimes we buy the baked chips, but they just don't taste the same, and guacamole for me has to go with corn chips. Every once in a while I'll use a fresh baked tortilla instead of corn chips. My kids have been known to use whole wheat crackers to dip into the guacamole. For me though, I think that moderation is key, and I always get chips with no or very low salt. :)

I love that tip to remove the pit from the avocado, that's the only tricky part of making guac for me. And I really admire your garlic press too, may have to pick one of those up. So you do you have a healthier suggestion than corn chips to eat this with? :)

Jamie sent me to check out your awesome guacamole recipe! This is exactly how I make mine except I've been using lemon juice (from the bottle) and garlic salt. I'm going to change mine to your recipe an cut out that salt! :) Congrats on the weight loss! I'm going to add this blog to my google reader now.
