Best Guacamole Ever!
The best guacamole recipe ever! End of story! Enjoy!
Slice the avocado lengthwise around the pit.
An easy way to get the pit out is to tap the knife into it and twist.
Then scoop it out,
into your uber stylish bowl,
and mash away with a fork.
Dice a quarter of a yellow onion.
I never measure my cilantro, but for you guys I measured this, and it was 2 tablespoons.
Gorgeous roma tomatoes…yum!
Some people say you should remove the center of the tomato, but I like the added moisture it gives my guacamole.
Add two cloves to the coolest garlic press ever!
A couple twists and you’re done!
Add everything to your mashed up avocado including the juice from two wedges of lime, and crack some fresh pepper on it. Get your mix on…

and enjoy!
There you go! The best guacamole ever! All natural ingredients, no added salt, and no reason to buy guacamole ever again.
Now there are some out there that seem to think their guacamole is better…my response to them is, bring it on! Post your recipe in the comments or a link to a recipe and we all shall decide.

Next time Jamie…next time! I could eat it daily.
OH NO YOU DINNIT!!!
A Far Superior recipe coming to my blog soon….
Your garlic press IS really cool though.
Bring it yo! Make sure you come back and post a link to your blog.
And yes, just like my recipe, my garlic press is far superior to yours.
Off to the store now…This better live up to all the hype.
Your pictures shows a lemon, but your wording says lime, just curious which one it is?!?!?! Also, I used too much garlic and now I’m quarantined. But is was oh so yummy!
It’s a farmers market lime.
ETA: And is it Farmer’s Market, Farmers’ Market, or Farmers Market? Just curious!
*~*Yay*~* I’ve been patiently waiting for your recipe & *cannot wait* to make your yum-o-guac this weekend!!! BTW it hasn’t even been a week & I have the “TwitterJitters”…..that phrase is made by your truly! LOL
I wonder if I can make it until Easter?!?! I can do it, I can do it, I can do it…..

The Ultimate Guac recipe has been shared with the world……RIGHT HERE: http://tamminowackphotography.com/blog/
Jamie sent me to check out your awesome guacamole recipe! This is exactly how I make mine except I’ve been using lemon juice (from the bottle) and garlic salt. I’m going to change mine to your recipe an cut out that salt!
Congrats on the weight loss! I’m going to add this blog to my google reader now.
holy guacamole batman that looks tastyyyyy!
ew. people *buy* guacamole?
I love that tip to remove the pit from the avocado, that’s the only tricky part of making guac for me. And I really admire your garlic press too, may have to pick one of those up. So you do you have a healthier suggestion than corn chips to eat this with?
Lynn- Sometimes we buy the baked chips, but they just don’t taste the same, and guacamole for me has to go with corn chips. Every once in a while I’ll use a fresh baked tortilla instead of corn chips. My kids have been known to use whole wheat crackers to dip into the guacamole. For me though, I think that moderation is key, and I always get chips with no or very low salt.
so i still need to make this. but i can’t promise i’ll stick to 1 serving at a time :\ maybe it’s best i don’t make it…
That’s pretty much how I make it!
Now where do I get that garlic press? Must have.
